Listed below are just a few of the services that we offer.

CASS, DPV, and NCOA
All of your mailings addresses are checked against the latest information available from the USPS Coding and Accuracy Support System (CASS). We also use NCOA link to update all addresses with the last move information. 

Information can be provided in multiple formats( text, excel, database formats, etc). Once we receive your records we will check, edit, correct or add missing zip codes, fix incorrect addresses, cities or state names and abbreviations and add delivery point barcodes.

Mail Services Project Management
If desired, we can process not just your list but run your mailing for you. Once your list is CASS + DPV certified we will presort it for maximum postage discounts. 

We offer full project management services for your mailing. You supply the names and addresses, we´ll work with you on the letter layout and you can sit back and let us handle the rest. Our high speed laser printing operation and accurate four station folding and inserting machines allow the flexibility to send one to six pages, include one or more pieces of additional advertising information or you can include a Business Reply Envelope (BRE) if you desire.

QRD easily handles mail jobs from 1,000 to 1,000,000 pieces. For jobs above 150,000 pieces, contact us personally for a more detailed quotation and real volume discounts.

Folding / Inserting
Our precise, high speed folding and inserting machines can handle single sheets, multiple sheets, up to two additional support/ad inserts or a Business Reply Envelope (BRE).

Self Mailers

List Cleaning and File Maintenance
We use the latest hardware and software to "clean" your data. We supply postal standardization and barcoding, we can eliminate duplicates and we always sort to return the most accurate mailing list and the lowest possible postage costs to our clients.

The following maintenance is offered for all of your company´s address lists. This service not only improves the effectiveness of your outgoing mailings but is ideal for in house administrative use (personnel lists, vendor lists, client lists, etc.)

QRD can also:

• Parse (split) combined fields (city/state/zip, first/last names)
• Reformat records as necessary
• Sort by any criteria set by the client
• Search and eliminate duplicates based on client criteria on single lists - or -
